HEROES OF THE GULF COAST

The definition of a hero is an ordinary individual who faced extraordinary circumstances and acted with courage, honor, and self-sacrifice. Sunny 105, along with the Sea Glass Initiative is proud to present Heroes of the Gulf Coast on April 24th.

Do you know a hero? Maybe they helped someone in an accident, maybe they freed a snagged animal, maybe they saved a life. Whatever their heroic act, they stepped above and beyond when they didn’t have to; and we want to know about them. 

If you know someone from the Gulf Coast area that you’d consider a hero, tell us their story! Submit their nomination below. We’ll recognize heroes in categories like Public Safety, Marine and Animal Life, Military, Workplace, Healthcare, Adult and Youth Good Samaritan, and more!
